✅ 1. Reception of your application
As soon as we receive your application, we will immediately send you a confirmation via e-mail. That way you can be sure that everything arrived safely. We will contact you personally within 48 hours.
📞 2. Introduction by phone
In a short telephone conversation (about 10 minutes), we listen to your story and we sound out whether your profile matches the vacancy.
🤝 3. Personal job interview at Lokeren (Belgium)
Nice conversation on the phone? Then we invite you to our office at Lokeren. During an interview we will dive deeper into who you are, what you are looking for in a job and whether we are a good match. And of course you get the chance to ask all your questions. We like open conversations, not cross-examinations.
🔍 4. Second interview or test
For some positions, we schedule a second interview or a short practical test. This gives you a realistic picture of the job content and enables us to assess how you will cope with (technical) challenges
💬 5. We will make you a salary proposal
Are we both excited? Then you get a salary proposal that matches your experience and expectations. We discuss together what you need to feel good in your new job and ensure a correct and clear agreement.
