Custom panels or cabinets
An electrical panel or control cabinet is always as unique as your environment. That’s why we are so proud of our panel building experts. Thanks to their extensive knowledge, we can engineer and manufacture your switchboards and distribution panels ourselves. This both for industrial and tertiary applications and in various sectors: chemical, food, automotive, pharmaceuticals …
We are also happy to get to work for the control panels for your industrial automation. But our specialty? That is undoubtedly preparing panels for revamps. Of course, the applicable European or international guidelines always run as a common thread throughout the production process.
Modernly equipped workshop
We have our own workshop for the production of our panels. And that has its advantages:
- We are very closely involved in the entire process. We continuously optimise this so that we can guarantee a lasting quality .
- All our departments are under the same roof. Negotiations therefore go very smoothly. Electrical Engineers and panel builders are no strangers to each other here, but real sparring buddies.
- An interim test or delivery in our workshop? No problem! We can switch quickly.
The trajectory of your project
1. Based on the electrical diagram, the preparations start in the mechanical workshop: installing C-rails, fitting cable trays, installing PLCs, drives …, ventilation or cooling …
2. Afterwards, the boards are further finished in the workshop for electrical cabling. We work with the specific color codes and devices as described in the specifications.
3. We check every panel and cabinet we’ve put together. We put the components under tension both visually and electrically so that they come your way without errors. As proof of a quality final product, you will receive a test document.
